Recommendations & care plan
- What I saw
- Reviewed the photo of Koda's paws — red, irritated pads, no cuts or swelling.
- Assessment
- Mild allergic itch. Koda is comfortable and eating normally.
- Care plan
- Medicated shampoo twice a week and a cone at night. Recheck in 10 days, sooner if it spreads.
You choose your vet.

Licensed where you live.
Somewhere else?
Vets can only treat pets in states where they hold a license, so we can't see you outside Florida and New York yet.

Is this for emergencies?
No. This platform is not for emergencies — if your pet needs immediate care, contact your nearest emergency veterinary hospital right away.
Can I choose my vet?
Yes. Browse vet profiles — specialties, license state and open times — and book the one you want.
How does a visit work?
Every visit is a video call with a licensed vet, right in your browser. Your vet can see your pet move, breathe or show a spot, and talk you through what to do next.
Can the vet prescribe medication?
When it's appropriate, your vet can send a prescription to your pharmacy. You'll find it under Prescriptions in your dashboard.
What if my pet needs an in-person exam?
Florida and New York require an established Veterinarian-Client-Patient Relationship before ongoing telemedicine-only care. Your vet will let you know if an in-person exam is needed first.
Can I share records or photos before the visit?
Yes. Upload lab results, records or photos to your appointment so your vet can review them before you meet.
Is there a membership?
Optionally. A membership includes a set number of visits each period plus a discount on extra visits. Cancel anytime — your benefits last until the end of the period. Paying per visit is always available.
Is payment secure?
Yes — checkout is handled entirely by Stripe's hosted, PCI-compliant payment page. Card details never touch our servers.
Which states do you serve?
We currently connect pet owners with veterinarians licensed in Florida and New York, in line with each state's telemedicine regulations.
